are there any significant tech companies who don’t sponsor tn visas?
You can get TN with a job offer and a one page letter. No lawyer or sponsorship needed. Or at least that’s how it was when I first I came to the US.
Under the current administration, all the status that lead to employment are heavily scrutinized. I’d strongly advise having a lawyer revise a TN application before submitting it.
I got my TN at the airport. There was no application or serious paper work. then again that was a different administration
