I just returned from being out 6 workdays sick with COVID-19. Worked for two days and my manager scheduled a call with me at the end of the day today, and then HR got on the call. Said I wasn't performing up to standards but did not list anything concrete about what those standards were. I came to this little IT Managed Services company via acquisition. I was based in SoCal, and the new company is in Illinois. My manager told me several times that my salary was high. A new acquisition just occurred that added a team from the Midwest. I think I was price-replaced. I'm shocked, floored, and honestly at a loss. Turns out I'm embarrassingly compensated, so I'm going to take this as an opportunity. TC: $131k (salary, no stocks, etc.) YOE: 8 Position & Skills: Senior Technical Program Manager, Project Management, Microsoft PowerApps & RPA "functional consultant", Smartsheet certified Anyone willing to offer a referral for a TPM position? Please comment or DM!
Company sounds like it sucks so could be a blessing if you can wait a bit for a new offer. I can refer you for Booz but comp wouldn't be much higher probably.
Where are you based? I have an opening in my team, DM asap
DM for Shippo
Conviva is hiring TPM
Dm for Twilio if interested

What do you mean? Have some empathy and amazon has vast number of TPM'S, help the guy or gtfo of commenting.
Appreciate you, Microsoft. 120%. I've worked on basically nothing but Microsoft product projects (Power Platform, Azure, Azure AD, PowerBI, M365 migrations) for the past 2 years. The company is a Microsoft Gold Partner. Just saying 😉
