How was the interview process?
Initial screen (fix-this-code style problem) + 2 coding / problem solving rounds + 2 system design rounds + 1 HM chat. Took about 2-3 weeks, mostly due to my scheduling requirements.
What difficulty was the on-site problem solving?
Based on my mate who's working in a company based in London, that's a great offer.
Which company is your friend working for? I know this is certainly an above-average offer, but not sure if it is a great offer by FAANG standards. Also, not clear how this compares to the other non-FAANG high paying jobs. That's why I need some more deeper insight. Would appreciate if you could provide some.

By that, do you imply that the RSUs are good, or that the base is bad? Or both? Or neither? What do you feel about the TC?
