Great team! Good leadership team from what I've heard. Haven't worked there tho. I am thinking of joining FB.. how's that team? Specifically capacity engineering? TUS!
Do you know much about Performance Engineering as a discipline? What are your primary skills?
I am interested to know as well. I do scaling and capacity planning for large distributed systems. How is it at CRM or tableau ?
Depends. If you’re on a dedicated product team, it can be awesome. Easy skill to learn, difficult to master. If you’re on a service or support team, it’s a grind. Always being pinged in the last phase of development to test, not analyze and engineer, which is the intent of the discipline.
