Tableau salary offers?
Looking at Tableau for a change. What's the current Senior level pay package look like for developers?

I haven't seen people from Tableau here. So it's best to try elsewhere. But their stocks recently jumped if that matters.
Friend of mine joined 2 months ago with a Masters and 1yr industry experience. Says he's on $105k base but got a $160k 4yr stock award (now worth over $200k). Tableau is trading base salary for stock. I wouldn't imagine their Senior salary levels are much higher, but probably $300k stock.

Out of college at the beginning of the year, was offered 95k base + 2400 rsu
That's a pretty solid offer. Any signing bonus?
Tableau does not do any signing bonus...
Joined around a year ago. 10 years of experience. Starting - 170K. RSU grant was worth around $660K (had to negotiate a bit).
What level?
Anyone? Bueller?
