TC is now the same. Impact is probably easier at Tableau as it’s still a smaller org compared to SF. Every six months there is a hackathon and the features people build regularly get shipped into the core product Some of the tech stack is showing its age here. There are several new projects though using new tech stacks. Go to Levels.FYI for salesforce to get up to date TC for tableau.
Wow, is the levels.fyi data up-to-date? I’m surprised at the low TC for EM
What level are you looking at? I don’t see that job title there. I think EM maps to the lead engineer level and senior EM is principal.
