Tableau yearly bonuses and refreshers?
Does Tableau give yearly bonuses and stock refreshers? also how is the medical benefit compared to Microsoft/Amazon/Facebook?

They are salesforce now....which will mean very weak refreshers...

They are not very weak, just rare

They are low and rare only at senior level and below. According to levels.fyi, principal and above get pretty good refreshers.
When I was there a while ago, there was: A 10% annual bonus if the company hit its sales goals (it usually did) A yearly refresher whose value fluctuated a lot, but was much higher than a Microsoft refresh at the equivalent level
Bonus percentage depends on level/position.
Your ignorance is of a typical Blind level. Go read employee handbook and tell me what is the principal bonus percentage.
