Amazon, big tech, as L6, your scope will be large. Regarding stock, AMZN is more stable than DASH.
Yes AMZN is more stable for sure but has less upside too. Also the chances of getting a team that’s good (no pip or toxicity) is lower.
I would argue that amazons upside is far bigger. They’re a massive company and as such have a far larger area for advancement. You may not like their culture but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have a large number of positions at the point end of the triangle. You still need to compete but you need to do that regardless.
Why you want to leave Meta. It’s not as good as Meta out here.
Which team at DoorDash? I picked DoorDash and had the same choice. Account for refreshers in your 2nd and 3rd year TC. The gap is not huge then.

Im speaking only from a wlb perspective. Neither amazon or dd have a great wlb from what I've heard. Though that may not be important to OP.

DD culture/wlb isn’t all that either. If I were you I would take Amazon unless you find that the team you will be joining is terrible. I left Amazon recently after 2 years and my team was perfectly fine.
