I notice one of my colleagues take office food to his home. Is that okay? How many of you do that?
It costs zero dollars to mind your own business.
That is okay. I used to do it all the time.
Wow that’s low! Does he do it everyday? Does he take enough food for himself or to feed his family? On the other hand, I’ve seen this guy poured milk from the breakroom fridge into a 40 something ounce bottle and take it home.
I have taken a complete box of extra large pizza back home on Caltrain. No fucks given.
Depends.. if it is perishable and will go to trash, then its better to use it. Once a colleague of mine was filing boxes of leftover food, and told me that he will give them to homeless..
Depends on what they are taking exactly. My work has free office snacks and if I think I'll crave some sea salt and vinegar Kettle potato chips around 8pm that night then best believe that bag is coming home with me
I take it all home to feed my entire village. Beats leaving the food to rot.
A lady at our office used to collect empty bottles out of recycle bins...
Just ask the empty refrigerators in my company
