Do they hire SDE2 for 4 YOE ?
Anyway they’ll consider you as a cost soon. Better to negotiate a high salary. People have gotten around 48 LPA.
48 base + 6JB is the max I've heard for external hires.
I know a friend for whom they are ready to offer 53 + 4 . He has a competing offer of 56
How much they offered?
44-52 base. No variable or other components. You can ask for a sign on though.
