Currently recruiting for positions related to NLP research. I've been asked by recruiters about target compensation and am not sure what to respond with. I have a relevant master's degree from a top 30 school with several publications in top NLP venues. What would be a fair compensation target? #compensation #target #NLP

~ 3 years of experience as a Risk Management Analyst. Most data science experience is from Master's program and work as a research assistant (~1 year).
