Posting on behalf of my friend, got an offer from Target Sunnyvale, Bay Area for Senior Design Engineer for warehouse automation. Please help me evaluate below TC. No stocks or RSUs are being offered as part of offer, does Target usually offer stocks as part of offer and is below base salary on the low end or high end of the margin? Please help
Base Salary - 105k and no stocks
Bonus - 5% of base salary
YOE - 1 year
