Target age to retire?
I'm hoping I can be financially independent by 45 making a passive income stream of about $14k a month (I won't be living in an expensive area like SF, Seattle, NYC). Note, I have not factored kids into this but I still think I'd be fine with 1 kid. What is your target age and how much passive income stream would you need per month to quit your job today or at target age?
40ish. I plan to retire and start teaching. So my income should still be decent

Rentals
Until I am too old for someone to want to employ me
I will work till I die or get my green card or no longer employable.
Hope your country become livable before you die so you can retire there comfortably.
14k per month? Why so high?
I could lower it to 10k a month I suppose.
