Anyone work for cigna?

Questions on what it's like over there. Had a meeting internally going over benefit changes for the merger and everything just seems worse... no espp, less vacation and it doesnt roll over, worse insurance plans that cost more. I'm in a lcol area with a package around 140k. Worried what cigna is going to do post merger.
