Teams at Box
What are some good teams to work at for Box? Any teams to be avoided? Any idea on file systems and content gateway teams? How is the on call? TC - 250K### YOE - 5
Both teams would be great as they very close to the core product. I have worked with the Content Gateway team quite a bit and they have some excellent engineers. Due to the nature of the systems they own, OnCall for both teams is rather critical, but that's not to say you'll get woken up very frequently.

So you have insights about cloud storage team? Not trying to demotivate anyone, but I’ve read overall morale is low with employees, is it true?
Stay away from content gateway team. No new development and a lot infrastructure related work.
Avoid File system team unless you like high stress. Avoid mobile team unless you like toxic politics. Avoid security team unless you enjoy incompetence. Avoid box unless you like low stock price and a dead end job
