Tech Companies in Singapore and Japan
I am SDE 1 at Amazon India. Looking to move to Singapore or Japan. What are some good companies to work at (Apart from FAAMG)? How would TOC and WLB change? Current YoE 1, TOC 27 LPA

Google, facebook, indeed - Try international companies. Avoid local companies such as Grab if you’re looking for WLB.
27 Lakhs TC for 1 YoE?? Don't tell me you are including 4 year stocks , benefits, and sign on bonuses for both years.
Yeah I did that. Otherwise it comes to be around 16.5 LPA excluding stocks. Pretty much the standard for any college hire.
Then your TC is 16.5 lakhs. What you told us is your CTC which is highly inflated and useless.
GO-JEK is having an office in Singapore. But I would prefer Grab over it anyday.
Any reason??, When i interviewed GO-JEK appeared to have better teams and questions were tougher than Grab
