Tech lead seems to be a stretch at 2 yoe. You could also try FAANG for a couple of years.
If they already have 50 employees and are trying to hire a 2 yeo as a Tech lead.... Either: - they are artificially inflating a title to make you feel better and there are already senior/staff engineers on staff running the show. - they are going to crash and burn. Look to see how senior those ex employees are. If it's just an artificial title jump then this seems like a great opportunity. If you will actually be one of the most senior people...don't.
