Been in tech (PC/Semiconductor) basically my whole career. Non technical. Think sales, business and product roles. I think I'm at a point in my career where I don't really care about chasing high TC. I think I want a stable predictable job that pays enough for me to get by. What's a good industry that I can get into given my experience has pretty much all been in HW tech? Manufacturing, automotive, etc? TC: $160K YOE: 10
Defense. Recession proof and all the stability you could ever want. Non tech TC won't be anything like what you see on the tech side but you can definitely do well for yourself.
I'm assuming you're talking about private defense companies and not government right? Any example companies I can target?
