Tech career or MBA or MS

Hi all, I am 24 years old with 9 lpa as a full-stack developer in India. I believe after 1 year, I will be getting nearly 15 lpa at 25 years old. Now, I want to do MBA from any of the top B school. Main reason reason for wanting to do MBA is, in my company, I can't see a lot of people who is more than 10 years experience. I can see only 10 out of 70 people who are having more than 10 yoe. And above 15 yoe are so rare. Only managers are around 20yoe. Combined with this, there are lots of layoffs are going on in the tech field. I want a source of income for a longer period to support my family. A MBA will cost me 20lakhs and 2 years od salary. But in the long run, I think as a management people we can have a long career than tech people and also ths salary is more. Will it be worth it if I go for a MBA from a top B school at the age of 25? Or Is it good to do MS and move abroad for job? And also If I have said something wrong above, kindly correct me.
