Will the real tech lead please standup?

Google Mr. Glass Sep 30, 2019

Why do you think its not true, you can easily confirm how much a lv6 TC is, and how much a youtube channel of his size generates

Google batmobile Sep 30, 2019

He was making 500k+ from FB, and probably makes as much if not more from his youtube channel + sponsorships. I think he also has other passive income channels like apps he built before? Seems very possible.

It all doesn't matter if you can't keep your wife happy and your family together.

You sound bitter. Just had to find a way to neg him, eh?

Microsoft hackerx Sep 30, 2019

Unfortunately, half of them will go to the government for tax. Then anther half of the half that's left will go to his ex-wife and son, who he will never ever see again, for "child care" and expenses. So what's actually left for him is only a quarter(or even less) of the TC claimed 😂

Amazon zVjh74 Sep 30, 2019

Accurate. This guy gets it. Divorce will take 50% of everything you have. Tech lead post should be “How I spend $500K annually supporting my ex”.

Unfortunately, you guys are turning into haters. We all have taxes, kids, living, cars, vacation, or some misc expenses. Alimony or child support isn't half of someone's salary and he wasn't married long. He could move to another state or even country to deal with taxes or COL. I'm curious to know why you're hating... 1. He worked at Google n u didn't? 2. He worked at FB n u didn't? 3. His TC is much bigger than yours? 4. He makes good videos? 5. You just don't like him

Lol why do you know these details about his ex? I don’t watch the channel.

Easily possible since he has his YouTube channel, interview course, sponsorships, and websites / side hustles in addition to previous job

Microsoft fjshxbbe Sep 30, 2019

No reason to be bitter about his making money. If anything, it gives a positive hope that we could also generate some money in addition to our job. Someone here created refer.me and that could become his side gig later. Just use that as motivation for u to create your own gig.
