Hi I'm a TPM revamping my resume and seeking feedback for improvement. #resume #resumereview
What is TPM? Do they write code and ship features?

Remove first section . Move skills after experience . Half of your skills are not even skills. Put something useful that is actually needed for job.
Ugh. Lost you at two pager.
ABC Inc experience is way too long. No chance I’m reading that. Focus everything. You only need 1 page
Start by removing Skills section - makes you look bad, it’s meaningless. Way too much text in general
1 page, get rid of skills, 3 bullets per job with impact ($, program size, timelines) not just activities, reduce three letter acronyms, shorten summary to less than 3 sentence and highlight wins.
Less is more. Shorten the summary. So much going on there, you lost me. Focus on what makes you a good TPM. At your level, no one cares that you led a scrum of scrums or that you eliminated blockers… experiences like those are expected. Remove that shit unless you’re applying to a lower tier tech or a non-tech company. Focus on your accomplishments that show meaningful impact. For example, at XYZ inc., no one cares that you presented weekly progress updates to stakeholders… but maybe those weekly progress updates were a result of your process improvements that led to a reduction of meetings by XX% or improved turnaround of something by XX%. Just make sure it’s real so you have something to talk about.
- Use STAR format - Those are skills? Looks more like personality traits. Just remove it - That top paragraph is also not useful. One line is fine. - 3-4 bullet points per company, tops
I think your summary is a buzzword salad that doesn’t add value and the skills section is also just buzzwords taking up prime real estate at the top of your resume. Your bullets are good and quantified, albeit long. I would keep it to like 4-5 max bullets per job. Doesn’t need to be everything you’ve ever done
