Why are we not hearing calls from the Global Warming alarmists to limit the human population growth? More people = more greenhouse gases...look at Macau, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malta, Taiwan, India, and South Korea. The planet Earth can't sustain the population growth trajectory we're on.
Why not western country especially US Canda limit number of cars per family, limit size of house to 2000 sq ft max? No more f**** mansions and stupid hummers and suvs.
First, I wouldn't want to even think about living in a tiny 2,000 square foot crackerbox. Why try to force the US to live in crappy conditions? Leverage technology to increase efficiency. Make your home more energy efficient, not smaller like a mouse house. The world population growth this year to date alone is estimated at 38M. With the average of 1/2 litre a day of ozone-depleating flatulence per person, that's ~ 15,500 per person over a lifetime or 542,937,500,000 just for this year's new births alone. Reduce the population and increase the quality of everyone's life.
