This could have been my first job offer in 2021 after getting PIPed from Amazon in 2020. However, when I was almost there, Teradata, untruthfully, rescinded to give a formal offer despite all the positive feedbacks, refrained from filing an H1B transfer without even trying, given that I advised them of taking premium processing. They insisted to fill that position urgently and immediately without prior notice. I will try best not to work with such toxic workplace (as suggested by the ratings and reviews here). The problem is that most recruiters seem very keen on my 0.5 Year at Amazon, (2 yr at academic and non-academic projects) with a need of H1B transfer.
Why did you get PIP'ED in 6 months at amazon
It's during COVID. Lots of entry-level Amazon engineers got PIPed like me. You may refer to my previous post: https://www.teamblind.com/post/FAL2vZfX?cid
