Because she's garbage. I sat on a call with her at Amazon where she equated massive engineering efforts with "just pushing buttons." Literally nobody I know who was in her org liked her leadership.
Yeah, I never liked her. She wasn't the head of my org but she always showed up to talk.
That sounds like it happened at splunk and she was quickly called out by the ceo to be put on an express exit process .. Wonder how she survived at amazon for so many years..splunk tossed her out in 11 months
I think she was gunning for ceo / took the role at splunk bc they sold that path to her. So hiring from the outside meant she wasn’t going to stay.
Let go. She may have wanted CEO role though.
She just wanted her first year vesting. I think she decided to leave, to focus on her spac.

I think she was instrumental in Doug’s ouster and was gunning for or sold CEO role. She didn’t seem to have a technical grasp each time she spoke, IMHO. Suspect she may have been possibly used to replace Doug.
Don’t have any proof….but agree with this. I say she knifed Doug…crashed our stock and golden parachuted out

How does someone that stupid get put in such a high level role? Was on calls she held at Splunk, and she was completely inarticulate… laughing all the way to the bank, I guess the joke’s on the rest of us.
