Hi All, I'm a new grad and have an opportunity to join Tesla as an equipment engineer (gigafactory). However I'm interested in Control system design related roles at Tesla, is there a provision to switch teams internally and if so how hard is it ? Appreciate your help Ps- I have no other options, but I'm scared I might get stuck in the field I'm not interested in (if I stay too long?)
What's the Tc first?

Dm - I’m in that field
I have texted you, thanks!
Are you looking for more product or process role?

Any Indians Think Kashmir Should be Independent?
I graduated with an EE and turned down a manufacturing position at Intel. I stopped applying for jobs that have a general "any STEM degree" requirement as I would like to do something that is actually EE. Did you graduate in June 2023? Is this your only offer all year? I haven't had any other offers since, so maybe it isn't a good idea to turn anything down right now. Tesla is a highly sought after company for new grads; it's nice they actually selected you. Do you have to do leet code for entry-level Tesla?
No this is more of a process role, so no coding involved
