Tesla Safety and Restraints- Engineer Interview

When I interviewed there I had the following: engineering fundamentals (statics, strength of materials, etc) and explaining the projects that I worked on. Just be ready to show how smart you are with examples of your good work from the past
Thank you and anything particular to safety systems ? I mostly have academic experience in crashworthiness.
They’ll ask why Tesla seat belts don’t have red release buttons and why the height is not adjustable. I recall those questions from when I interviewed for that position

Actually I know the answer for first question and maybe partially for second. For the second is it because the seats themselves are height adjustable?
Does Tesla have Design Release positions?! I thought they existed only in Detroit. I am a DRE with 2YOE in Electrified Powertrain, with strong fundamentals/ knowledge of EVs. Looking at moving to Bay Area. Any suggestions how I will fare out there?
Is it a technical screening call or the actual panel interview?
