Got a job offer from Tesla - Austin Texas. Position: Technical Program Manager, NPI - General Assembly Tesla TC: 152k Current TC: 125k How’s the work life balance at the Austin plant? Is it is bad as Fremont? How many hours per week do TPMs in NPI group usually work? Pros/cons? I currently work 8am to 4pm at my current job so WLB is pretty good, no complaints. Thanks.
How long did it take to go from panel interview to offer? NPI is the fastest team no wlb. What was sign on and rsus? More deets please
1 week. No sign on bonus. RSUs are $88k over 4 years.
