Hi All, what’s the general senior project manager salary at Tesla. Recently got an offer and debating what would be a good range to ask. Thanks
At Sales? Engineering? HR? Finance?
I haven’t got the offer yet. Just running background check as of now. The title will be senior project manager, body repair program, service operation.
I’ve seen everything from 75k - 125k it will depend on your past experience and what you are currently making. If they can’t match the salary they can throw in more equity at signing. When you post the offer I can give more feedback.

Hi All, so finally got the offer letter today. They offer $105k and 25k stock. What’s everyone think? Too low?
How many years of experience? Is it a tech role or non tech? How does it compare with current comp? Base isn’t bad, but you could probably get more equity.
It’s for internal body repair shop. So I guess it’s none technical? I hade 8 years of PM experience. At Glassdoor says it’s $39-47k average. But there are only two ppl commented, so sample size is small. My friend who will start in tesla as an accountant with 3 years experience prior to tesla gets $37.5k/year equity
Finance pays well just like Autopilot pays well
Ops guys are the ones getting hands dirty and get things done. I feel like contribution wise, ops should be paying more. My goal is to get $110k with 150k grand equity. But not sure if I would be asking too much. If tesla would just match my current comp would be perfectly fine.

What’s the average salary for Senior Project Manager (process automation)for Megapack division? $25k stocks per year seems low.
