Texas Instruments RSUs
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experience with the 4 year cliff RSUs that TI offers. Do you get a new RSU package every year? For example, say at signing I get offered $10k after 4 years. Once my 4 years comes and I get my $10k in shares, do I have to wait another 4 years to get the second round of RSUs? Or is it structured so that I get stock payout every year after my 4th year? There is a RSU/options refresher every year, but that is performance dependent. You might get some RSU/options or may not get anything too. As long as you are an average performer, you will get something every year. BTW, why even joining TI π
