@domskii, thanks for responding. Qs, is RTO mandated for all roles, even Remote advertised ones?

Phase 1 of RTO requires all employees who are within a 25 mile radius of an office to report 3 days a week even if job is posted remote. Phase 2 aims to increase office locations and radius distance. This is peanuts compared to the toxic work environment and lack of opportunity you will face. I'm betting you would come at or barely over your current TC. Don't expect a pay raise. You will also work way harder. I've been working over 40 hours most weeks. #ApplicantsBeware
Would not recommend. RTO, high turn over and generally poor vertical career growth.
