There should be a special tax for dogs in the city
I was just going for a walk minding my own business and saw a large dog spraying human sized piss in middle of the pedestrian street. I'm getting sick of dog piss and shit everywhere and it smells like dog piss in almost every street now. There should be a special tax for dog owners to fund more city clean ups. This is getting out of control.

I'm sure the money raised would be used super effectively too. Probably go to some slush fund for putting spikes on benches to harass the homeless or pay for cops to have more overtime terrorizing minorities.
I'm not opposed to issuing hefty fines for any dog owner not cleaning up after their pets too. Including any dogs that piss in heavily trafficked area.
Fund a city wide cleaning service by charging pet owners. A possible side effect: per owners stop collecting their pet's shit after the pet is done.
If I'm paying for the clean up, then I'm getting my money's worth.

Agree. Plus when dogs fart it increases greenhouse gas emissions. There should be a climate tax also.
