Devslopes, why would you post this? This is why everyone who works at Mcdonalds wants to work in tech. They see videos like this and see "salaries for react dev" and take courses on coursera and think they are ready. Do your time in the trenches and join a bootcamp or get a degree. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT just learn React and think you ready because "its an 80k salary". I see resumes like this coming through and i gotta say, its so irritating. https://youtu.be/_gW2vf5Yd2Y?si=Fa1n58uY9iybe8lk #tech #devslopes
There's a lot of bad developers and most managers can't tell the difference
Lol 6 hours is a LOAD of research? This guy is never going to make it in software if that’s his threshold.
Watched half of this and had a good laugh, what a moron.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Sad truth is tech is no more difficult than McDonald’s and we don’t deserve our salaries and these people you are irritated with will end up succeeding if they have enough perseverance. We are lucky to have this profession but don’t let it confuse you, you aren’t special and there are now girls doing dances on TikTok while coding react it’s unsettling This is, by the way, same reason why some say job market is hard rn. Cause they have become used to a pay rate that isn’t aligning with real world practicality anymore bc of the TikTok girls and fact that none of us are that irreplaceable

This is simply a sign of the tools being really good nowadays and easy to use. However, new things will always be difficult to make. Unfortunately this means that you have to keep up. Your react skills are not a competitive advantage anymore.
