How is the company and potential of their continuous delivery product?
Anyone else ?
Harness.io is Jyoti bansal company. So the product is selling to few. The engineering culture is horrible. You can get fired just for speaking up. It is up to the cranky CTO. Lot of internal politics. Many people who don't code, sitting in engineering. Lot of people give some excuse and do not work. Engineering bosses just need more numbers to report to them. Bosses do not understand management. A meeting is called to plan a project which ends with no plan. The product is very bad quality. They have production outage every day. Engineers do not know how to control. The code is very bad quality. I wonder how they hired all these idiots in SF office. The product is selling just because of Jyoti's name.
Not sure what kind of vendetta the person above has to talk so negatively. Seems like a troll. I work in engineering and I have regular conversations with the CTO. It’s a VERY fast growing company with huge opportunity to learn and advance your career. The engineering managers are from top notch companies who have experience building products like Kubernetes and Azure. If the product is only selling cause of Jyoti than all the more power to us equity holders!
Their products are very popular based on what I’ve seen at the FSF conference
