Just heard back from a recruiter for a PM role and wanted to see if anyone could talk about the culture/WLB/comp at tinder. Also is it true you get tinder gold as a perk? TC: 160k

Tinder is cool company to be a PM After that you can always upgrade yourself to Onlyfans or Mindgeek
it’s a sinking ship. the retention rate of daily active users is constantly dropping. my wife works there and she tells everyone to avoid at all cost

WLB is great, comp is not. Tinder is also ultra conservative, which is why the app hasn’t changed much in years. Risk taking isn’t something that’s looked upon favorably so if you’re really looking to innovate and be able to fail this isn’t the place for you. Churn is high in the product org for a reason.
