Interview process was pretty easy. Basic technical questions and 1 coding round. Interviewers didn’t seem very prepared.

Current employee here - culture and WLB is great. The only stressful parts of the business are in building out new product lines. Last raise was in 2021 so I do think we're overvalued.

No it’s still not public so it’s overvalued. Look at upstart they are similar. Why leave okta?
Thanks. Team culture has been toxic lately at Okta and compensation isn’t great anymore.
