Aurora 155k base + 10% bonus + 55k equity Current Tc: 135k + 10% + ??? Equity (paper money, but do believe they’ll IPO) Just over 3 YoE in bay area But conflicted cause Aurora seems to still be building their product even though public so not certain of their future / really like current company. On other hand, more money + liquid stock is nice / people interviewed with seem nice

Did you get a deadline to accept or reject the offer? Google takes a long time to make an offer.
