Ready to put an offer for this home. Any thoughts on the location? I know Costco is coming around. School definitely not the best but seems very convenient around. I’m living in East SJ now. https://redf.in/rRnjAq
It looks nice, but the price seems somewhat high for such an old house.
Agree that this is much older compared with east SJ. But not sure about the price is high or not, given that this neighboring house a block away, was sold a month ago at 2.7m. https://redf.in/3KTNbi
Ya then looks reasonable. But what do you think of pool? Do you really need it? With my personal experience, it’s lot of maintenance though. Again that’s personal preference. If you enjoy the pool, go for it.
Thanks for letting me know. Will put an offer as well… btw it’s obvious that this listing price is purposely set very low. And this house has a pool!?
Please fk off
😂😂😂😂
Free ad, eh? New cheap trick for Rajeshes to pull.
Do you even need pre approval or do you just show them your employee id?
LOL
good house, bad schools
🇵🇸
You can buy the whole block as you are multimillion dollars worth due to NVIDIA stock rise.
I’m not.
Looks like a nice home op How do y’all feel about pools? They require a lot of maintenance. Carry some liability too if someone drowns in it
Yeah still pondering on this. Currently it’s more of a plus to me.
I've a house with a pool. Its a plus for me. A Dolphin pool vaccume and 15 minutes routine to measure and add chemicals is all I do. Make sure the pool has automated cover.
Not too bad. Good Elementary. An alright middle school. An okay high school. Pools are more of a liability than an asset IMO. Never gets hot enough outside of July to September to enjoy it that much, and heating the pool is costly. Space is better used as a lawn. But the price is decent. West San Jose is a good neighborhood. I'd say go for it.
The schools are good — the test scores are 9/10 and 10/10, the overall school ratings are just penalized for “equity.” I’s a very desirable area. I know several families who send their kids to Prospect High and they love it. I personally would not bid on this house because it is FEMA flood zone D, which means it is believed to have a 40% chance of flooding in the next 30 years, and I just don’t want to deal with a flood, plus I think flood ratings will just get worse due to global climate change.
Good marketing. Blind people are poor, not buying your home.
