I’ve done it maybe a dozen times. All have been me (guy) and 2 women, always my significant other of the time (3 different SO’s over the last 20 years) plus a friend. Every one was fun. No one will have fun if they expect all the attention to be on them the whole time. Attention shifts and flows - that’s a lot of the fun. Parts are occasionally awkward - they can be laughed off though with the right attitude. There is almost nothing in this world better than having one woman riding you while another is straddling your face - and they are making out. I’ve never done it while drunk or altered - these are situations where I like everyone to be on top of their decision-making game. And everyone has to be interested/ open to it for it to likely be successful. Don’t try to manipulate a partner into it. That’s not likely to work out well for anyone from what I’ve seen.

I’ve had a few. Both girls need to be into each other for it to even happen. It is only awkward if there are some jealousy issues.
