As a customer, I’ve used the tool for various tasks and hate the quality of people offered on there. Uninstalled it a month later.

The company's spinning its wheels in mud, maybe they'll surprise us and get traction one day. The product side isn't the only overhaul happening either.

The ideas are there but the realisation isn't. There is reason to be worried about realising the dream given past decisions at the company.
