TikTok Comp - equity component?
Hi everyone. I’m interviewing for a role with a wide range for base but recruiter didn’t give equity. Base range was 147-347k with 25% bonus. Any idea what equity range would be? Recruiter said equity overall isn’t a major component compared to the base/bonus.

Their equity is a small proportion. Probably 10-20% of TC

Base range is wide as it spans over multiple levels. Hard to estimate the equity without knowing the exact level.

The lower band doesn’t even make sense. Role will have 10 reports. Who on earth will do that for 150k comp lol
