Many threads here make it sound like it’s very hard to get hired right now. Too much backlog in TM. If you fail, I’m assuming there’s a cool down for 1yr still. Is it a good idea to try to interview right now? Or just wait until things get better in H2 potentially? In other words, how high is the hiring bar compared to 2019 ? (Before team match, recognize there’s no roles)

Meta interview is simply more gamable because they ask directly from leetcode
Why does a product manager have to leetcode
Going by the discuss section in LC, Meta is starting to ask increasingly harder LC questions. Not unusual for one med and one hard on a phone screen. I guess this is inevitable when they encourage every applicant to memorize LC.
assume this is for Eng? Any thoughts on the PM side? Thank you!
Unless you don’t need a new job you might be overthinking this.
I dont “need” a new job how does that change your view?
My interview at meta was very easy. Almost felt like a pity offer.
Did you get team match?
I too want a pity offer
