Anyone with Tinder tech interview experience: can you please share? What is the level of questions medium/hard? How is Tinder work culture for backend engineers? This is for staff position. Current TC: 240K YOE: 12 yrs

Wlb on most teams that I'm familiar with is very good, especially for ICs. Culture is supportive and friendly; we're continuously improving our internal tooling/processes (mostly in the right direction, imo). Let me know if you have more specific questions - feel free to dm me.
I don't know what the current interview structure is like. It can vary between teams/roles. You'll generally be told ahead of time; if not, you can ask. I was asked a LC easy in one round and a LC hard in another when I interviewed for Sr (not staff), plus a pretty typical system design round, and an interesting "product" round (though I don't think those are standard). At some point we were doing project-based interviews too but those may be for lower level interviews.
