Tips on interviewing for a Southwest consultant corporate role

I was just laid off as an engineer from AWS a while ago and have been job searching for some time. I applied to the Ops Performance & Design Consultant role last week and got scheduled for a phone screening with the recruiter this Thursday. I looked at the Career Connections page to attend the webinar but it seemed that the link was wrong for today or I couldn't sign up in time ): I was looking to see if there are any tips/ advice on how the phone call is structured, any tips would be greatly appreciated!
