Toast stock is down falling
All tech stocks are falling…
I'm currently a staff engineer at Toast with comparable Android experience and that's on par with my TC. I wouldn't worry much about the current stock price, the whole market is fucky right now and we have tons of upside
Very interesting. I was always a little nervous about working at companies that do OEMs. It's not possible to use Google tools like app optimization etc. Have you ever considered leaving for top companies like Square, Google? Can I ask what makes you stay?
How was interview at toast?
@OP Are you from Boston or is this a Bay area salary?
They're paying same salary for any location. Or at least that's what I was told then.
Did you end up joining the company?
Is staff and em same level?
yes
In terms of comp?
Fyi I currently have the best wlb ever. I hardly work 20hrs/week and I can take breaks almost everyday to do personal chores.
Moonlight then ;)
