I would like to hear from the telecom industry- rank telecoms by tiers. SALES CHANNELS....not engineering/programming. I would assume the ATT and Comcast would be at the bottom.

The stack is top notch but the ppl are slow as alligators stuck in quicksand.
I would hate to be in sales based on the quotas I know they have to meet. No wonder so many people call in mad “They told me these tablets were free” they added lines and mislead to get their quota. I work in tech so I fix all the network errors and hear the stories
Stepping stone. Tech is shit. Easier to get exp here then bail.
If I was an experienced Telco sales person right now, I'd take my sales skills and knowledge of the industry to a large enterprise or cloud provider to work on driving costs down on the procurement side But if I was determined to remain on the sell side, I'd aim for a Telco who has stock heavy compensation and is likely to be acquired in the next year or so...
