I feel like a lot of these giant tech companies sort of require you to "look the other way" when it comes to their reputation. For example, Apple using child labor to build their phones or Meta designing their algorithms to be highly addictive. I would like to find some ethical tech companies that offer FAANG level comp packages. Is this realistic or do you just have to accept that most giant corps engage in questionable business practices? Can anyone recommend some ethical tech companies? #faang #maang #ethical #tech

Shifted to expensive-ass subscription model is... what? Maybe not unethical but sure doesn't seem consumer friendly
No large company is ethical
"designing their algorithms to be addictive". Like dude, u want to make more money by making a product less attractive ?? 🤷🏻♂️
You can’t pay faang level without breaking some ethics.
Yea that’s always been the double edged sword. Follow ethics and get lower comp. Disregard ethics and maximize comp. You choose.
Defense lacks ethics and has shitty comp
Uber is pretty open and makes a lot of good ethical decisions such as capping the prices surge during some disasters, helping people get vaccinated etc
Koolaid
Lol no
Albertsons
Corporations aren’t ethical lmao.
Visa but not faang comp
