Top paying remote friendly firms.
I'm critically bored in my current role and considering a change. What remote friendly or remote first firms can pay at or close to market rates for senior+ level talent. L5 IC currently mulling over if the L6 promo is worth chasing or if I should seek greener pastures. YoE 4.5 TC 250

Team/work does not match skillset/interests and the things we own aren't things I'm particularly interested in pursuing a deeper mastery of.

Senior+ level talent with 4.5 YOE is an oxymoron.
What a creative and original comment that has never been made in a post like this before, also senior+ includes senior in the way that 5+ includes 5. I'm not trying to land a staff/principal role with 5 YoE I just want to know where will pay well for Senior and beyond so that I can choose companies where it would be worthwhile to not only seek a job but to plan to stay in search of a promotion.
