I've started getting initial offers for such a role in Vancouver. One of them is as follows(in CAD): Base Salary: $160K RSU: $120 per year Role: Director of Product Structure: PMs report to Director, Director reports to VP Product Experience: 5 years as tech startup founder Since I moved here just two months ago, I'm looking to get more insights about standard salary structure from the community here. What's the most one can get and what's considered good in this market for such a role?

Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
When I exited my first startup after 2.5 years and went a late series B, my base was 165 for a sPM reporting to a VP (recently director). I’m not sure your hierarchy but that was 8 years ago. Your offer seems light.
Oh ok. I just added the hierarchy in the description now. They hired a VP recently and want to have a Director between VP and 5 PMs. Are your numbers from Bay Area or Vancouver?
My 2.5 was in San Jose and the offer I listed was in DC. I’m in NYC now, but you get the idea. My offer in SF might have been 175-180 base.
