I’m in the process of trying to transition from a varied background doing mostly front end work and data science work to a full stack role. As I like front end but want to learn backend as well. I’ve got about three years of experience working as a software engineer and I am landing interviews for lots of Java roles. But the feedback that I get back after the interviews which I typically don’t pass is that I come across as too junior for the role. I also get the feedback that my skills aren’t the right match. What can I do to improve and learn more so that I am less Junior? What skills should I be focusing on learning? My goal is to be a full stack developer. #engineering #software #fullstack
