Transition to ML Engineer
How many of you have transitioned into machine learning from a different career? I'm thinking of transitioning into it from a mobile eng career. Any tips, resources you used to help you get there, etc?

Do you want to develop models or ML infrastructure?
I am curious to know what exactly ML engineer work on?? Is it more like research based or you just have to choose models and develop final product??
In other words, what does product development look like in ML space??
I would love to give a complete download of what I know but that’s too much to type. In short, model development requires more stats knowledge. And if you support the data scientists/ Model developers in your org, you are an infrastructure engineer. Both jobs can have the same title or otherwise.

Right now, yes. The future is ML though.
